SECRETS NARCISSISTS KEEP FROM THEIR PARTNER.

1. Their true intentions.
They may pretend to love deeply, but often it’s about control, admiration, or personal gain—not real connection.

2. How little empathy they actually have
Narcissists can mimic empathy, but deep down, they struggle to truly care about others' feelings unless it benefits them.

3. Their need to manipulate
From guilt-tripping to gaslighting, they often use emotional tactics to shift blame or gain the upper hand—without ever admitting it.

4. Their insecurities.
Though they act confident, narcissists often feel deeply insecure. Their arrogance hides a fear of being seen as “less than.”

5. Other sources of attention
They may seek admiration from others (emotionally or romantically), even if they're in a committed relationship—just to feed their ego.

6. How they twist the truth.
They may leave out details, lie by omission, or exaggerate stories to shape how you see them—or how others see you.

7. They don’t really see you as equal
A narcissist may say "we’re in this together," but in their mind, they must always be superior or “in control” of the dynamic.

        ENCOURAGEMENT FOR YOU.
If this resonates, know that you’re not crazy. You’re not overthinking. Narcissistic abuse is real—and recognizing the patterns is the first step toward healing and reclaiming your voice.
You deserve a love built on truth, empathy, respect, and mutual care.
