Important Qualities Every Christian Must Imbibe.

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20)
Today's scripture comprises the qualities every Christian must have. For clarity's sake, we'll look at the qualities individually.
Everyone born of God is crucified with Christ. As Christ was crucified for our sins, He nailed the sins with our sinful nature on the cross (Colossians 2:14), meaning that we were crucified with him (Romans 6:6).

The second quality of a Christian in the passage is that Christ lives in us. Since we were crucified with Christ, we are also resurrected with Him (Romans 6:5). Thus, it is the resurrected Christ who lives in us.
Another quality is that we live by faith in Jesus. In other words, we don't live by logical reasoning but by faith in Jesus.

The qualities imply that anyone born of God loses interest in indulging in sin because their sinful nature has been crucified with Christ and, as such, is dead to sin (Galatians 5:24). Conversely, anyone who indulges in sin does so because their sinful nature is not dead yet. Such a person is not born of God. Also, since Christ lives in us, we can abstain from sin.

If you indulge in sin or are interested in sin, it means your sinful nature has not been crucified. Hence, I urge you to become born of God, and your sinful nature will be crucified. Inbox me to become born again or rededicate your life to Christ. If your sinful nature has been crucified, and Christ lives in you, I encourage you to live a righteous life. What a mighty God we serve!

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for crucifying my sinful nature and making Christ live in me.

Romans 6:1-14
Since Christ lives in you, you'll achieve the impossible in Jesus' name.
